Self-care is a foreign concept to many Asians. Some limiting
beliefs block us from taking care of ourselves. According to our
special guest, Kaurobi Pandit, Self-care includes making a
conscious effort and taking care of our own needs and welfare in
ten areas: physically, nutritionally, medically, socially,
mentally, cognitively, emotionally, spiritually, financially, and
occupationally.
Kaurobi Pandit is a mom, certified social worker and life coach.
She’s also a yoga instructor and infant massage instructor. Kaurobi
